Binance Thailand has officially launched through a partnership with Gulf Innova, introducing a regulated digital asset trading platform in the country. The CEO of Gulf Binance, Nirun Fuwattananukul, emphasized the collaboration with Thai regulators to ensure a secure and compliant trading experience.
The exchange, known as Binance TH, facilitates digital asset exchange with Thai baht trading pairs, integrates with local banks, and collaborates with Binance Kazakhstan for supervised brokerage services under Thailand’s SEC. Richard Teng, Binance’s CEO, views this launch as a significant stride for Thailand’s digital finance landscape, aiming to provide a secure and transparent platform for cryptocurrency trading.
Binance Thailand obtained a license from Thailand’s Ministry of Finance in May 2023, with the goal of fostering cryptocurrency adoption and positioning Thailand prominently in the global digital finance industry. The exchange places a strong emphasis on security, transparency, and service quality to build trust among Thai users and encourage responsible cryptocurrency adoption.
